Jose "Joey" Lopez Jr., age 51, peacefully was called by our Lord and Savior on March 18, 2021 here in Del Rio. He was born on July 14, 1969 in Del Rio, Texas. Preceding him in death were his parents, Ma. Isabel Limones Lopez and Jose Lopez Sr.; loving aunt who raised him, Ma. Cleofas Limones. Family members left to cherish his memory include his brothers/sisters: Leonor Lopez Ortiz (Jose Juan) of Fort Worth, Tx, Mario A. Lopez (Christine) also of Fort Worth, Ana Belia Celedon (Jose Carlos) of Del Rio, and Ricardo Lopez (Ana) of McAllen, Tx; Joey is also survived by numerous loving nephews, nieces, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 5 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A Holy Rosary will begin at 7 p.m. Joey's final wishes were to be cremated.
